FALL INTO AUTUMN

Something about the fall seems like a giant reset button.  The changing leaves, the back to school students, the new wardrobe...everything seems new and ever changing.  Some people get charged by this.  An excitement and electricity seems to fill the air.  I will admit that there are some perks to fall...scented candles, warm knitted sweaters, and a glass of wine from my favourite winery in Nova Scotia.  However, for me, fall equals freak out season.

With fall comes NYFW which is a huge reminder of how far away I am from reaching my goals.  It also means colder weather and shorter days.  These two things bring on a serious case of the "Debbie Downers" and it is often hard for me to stay motivated and on track.

This fall I am more determined than ever to stay positive when it comes to my business, and to keep the hustle real.  As I mentioned earlier in my blog post "Focus" I am also determined to really focus in on what makes the most sense from a business perspective, and also keep doing what I love most at the same time.

I would love to know what YOU do to keep yourself motivated and happy in the fall.  Do you journal?  Exercise? Read? Does the fall even upset your routine at all?  Or do you even notice a change in your mood/work.  Let me know on FB or Twitter!
